Once upon a time there was a prince who was looking for a princess to be his wife. But she couldn't be just any old princess — she had to be a real princess! Unfortunately, all the princesses that were interviewed weren't quite right. Then, one stormy night, a knock came on the palace door. There stood a dripping wet and soggy princess! The king and queen invited her in, but were not at all sure that she was a real princess. “She's so messy!” whispered the king. “Don't worry,” answered the queen. “I have a secret test that will prove if she is a real princess!”
