Frozen Forests
Not all dinosaurs lived in hot climates. About 100 million years ago there were dinosaurs that lived in polar regions! These dinosaurs had to develop special ways to survive long, cold winters. Leaellynasauras (lay-el-ee-nay-SAUR-us) were small dinosaurs, but had huge eyes to help see in the darkness. That's a good thing, because in those icy regions 24-hour-a-day darkness could last for 6 months!
Several leaellynasauras want to gather together. Make one path that ends up going past each dinosaur's head on the way to the center. Don't retrace or cross your own path!
