Creamy Vegetable Chicken Soup
A delicious vegetable soup—add any vegetables the children enjoy! Great for a winter snack or meal.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6–8
4 to 5 large carrots, chopped finely
10 ounces frozen green beans, thawed
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup water
2 (11-ounce) cans low-fat cream of chicken soup (condensed)
2 cups low-fat milk
2 cups chicken breast, cooked, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a large saucepan, combine carrots, green beans, onions, and water.

2. Cook on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.

3. Add cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken, and spices.

4. Cook on low heat for 30 to 60 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
