Never Peel Potatoes Again
The most nutrient-rich part of a white potato—the skin. When preparing potatoes for your family, whether baked, pan-fried wedges, even mashed, leave the skin on the potato. It is full of fiber. The potato itself is a real winner—enriched with potassium and vitamin C; a great tuber!
