Garlic Baked Fries
For garlic lovers only—and remember, don’t peel off the potato skin; that’s one of the healthiest parts.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6–8
- 3 pounds baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons paprika

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine potatoes, oil, salt, and garlic in a large plastic bag, tossing to coat.

Spray baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Organize potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheets. Sprinkle with parsley, Parmesan cheese, and paprika.

Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 minutes.
