Garlic Baked Fries
For garlic lovers only—and remember, don’t peel off the potato skin; that’s one of the healthiest parts.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6–8
- 3 pounds baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons paprika
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine potatoes, oil, salt, and garlic in a large plastic bag, tossing to coat.
