MVP Power Pudding

Packed with calcium, protein, and a little sweetness, this recipe tastes just like those old-fashioned milk and cookies! Substitute favorite fruits or pudding flavors.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6

4 cups low-fat milk

2 packages (4 serving size) sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix

4 to 6 (100-calorie) packages of Oreo low-fat cookies

2 cups sliced bananas

1 cup blueberries

  • 1. In a medium mixing bowl, prepare pudding mix according to directions on box using low-fat milk. Refrigerate until pudding is thickened.

  • 2. In a medium glass bowl, layer half of the vanilla pudding, 1 cup of the sliced bananas and a 1/2 cup of blueberries.

  • 3. Crumble 1/2 the cookies on top of the fruit.

  • 4. Repeat layers with remainder of ingredients.

  • 5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
