Kids Have One Chance to Grow to Their Max

Dairy is a must for healthy bones and teeth. It is not always easy to keep children eating and drinking calcium sources consistently throughout their childhood. They get one chance to fill their bones with strength; in adulthood, calcium begins to be pulled from the bones. Milk and dairy products are the best absorbed choices—however, there are others, e.g., spinach, sardines, molasses.
