Fish May Be the Number One Food to Eat

Strong studies have supported that provide fish, of all kinds, one of the best anti-inflammatory foods around. What is found in fish is the very healthy omega-3 fatty acids, reducing inflammation everywhere in the body, at any time. Nutritionists and pediatricians are recommending fish, even in supplement form. Caution: some fish contain higher levels of mercury, so don’t offer white tuna more than once or twice a week, but certainly the light chunk tunas are just perfect.
