INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

1 whole wheat hot dog bun

2 to 3 tablespoons trans-fat-free peanut butter

1 small ripe banana

2 maraschino cherries

1 large jelly bean

2 long strands red shoestring licorice

1/4 cup shredded coconut

• 1. Spread peanut butter inside the hot dog bun.

• 2. Place whole banana on top of peanut butter.

• 3. Place cherries on the banana as a set of eyes. Place jelly bean for the nose.

• 4. On either side of the jelly bean, stick small strands of red licorice for the whiskers.

• 5. Lastly, sprinkle shredded coconut as fur for your mouse.
