The cutest snack ever! Great for after-school, parties, or even to prepare a snack on a rainy day as a family. So lip-smacking and creative.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

• 1 whole wheat hot dog bun
• 2 to 3 tablespoons trans-fat-free peanut butter
• 1 small ripe banana
• 2 maraschino cherries
• 1 large jelly bean
• 2 long strands red shoestring licorice
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut

1. Spread peanut butter inside the hot dog bun.

2. Place whole banana on top of peanut butter.

3. Place cherries on the banana as a set of eyes. Place jelly bean for the nose.

4. On either side of the jelly bean, stick small strands of red licorice for the whiskers.

5. Lastly, sprinkle shredded coconut as fur for your mouse.
