Chocolate Tower Trifle
Even better on Day 2, a vanilla cake can be substituted for the chocolate; any flavor pudding can be substituted for a fun variety of this delicious dessert!

2 (16-ounce) containers low-fat whipped topping
2 (4-ounce) sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix
1 large bag individually wrapped Heath bars
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-

-
5. Heath bars should decorate the very top of the trifle.
Practice Good Old Portion Control
So, when you decide to “splurge” on this divine cake, remember moderation. Desserts are part of life—the children’s too— it is the serving you allow them or teach them, that will entitle them to eat dessert on a regular basis. There are no more super-size or monster-size slices of cake served at home, and all desserts at home or even in a restaurant should probably just be cut in half.
