Puddin’ and Pie Milkshake
Just like a thick milkshake—with much less calories and fat! The kids can make it, and then use a spoon to eat it!
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
3 to 4 cups low-fat milk
1 (4-ounce) package favorite flavor sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced

1. Place all ingredients in blender.

3. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
