Glazed Chicken Drums
A delicious Asian twist on “chicken wings.” There is more meat on the drumstick and much less fat.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 10
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks, skinned

Spray cooking spray in a large skillet, over low heat.

Place scallions, sherry, soy sauce, and sugar in skillet. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat.

Add chicken drumsticks. Cover skillet and simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn chicken several times during cooking.
