Strawberries provide a great source of vitamin C as well as some iron and potassium. If you cannot get fresh berries, you may substitute frozen strawberries for your juice.

1 apple, cored

1 cup strawberries, hulls intact

Juice apple and then strawberries. Stir well before serving.
