Green Apple Broccoli

Broccoli is rich in bioflavonoids. It is high in vitamins A and C, calcium, and iron. Part of the cabbage family, broccoli is available year round but is best between October and April. Keep it refrigerated for up to four days.

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1½ CUPS

6 broccoli spears

3 Granny Smith apples

1/8 cup Italian parsley

Juice broccoli, then apples. Add parsley to juicer. Stir and garnish with an extra sprig of parsley.
