2 cups prunes
½ cup pecans or walnuts
¾ cup mascarpone cheese
½ cup ricotta cheese
Cut the prunes into hollow halves. Finely chop the pecans.
Mix together the cheeses. Stir half the chopped pecans into the cheese mixture.
