You will need a few different tools as you use this book. First, you need a CD player so you can listen to the accompanying audio CD. (Keep in mind that some of the audio tracks have accompanying text in the book that you can read along with while you listen, while others are meant to be more challenging, purely auditory exercises.) You also need a notebook and a writing utensil in order to do the exercises given in the book. As you complete the exercises, this notebook will become a great study tool that you can refer back to again and again.
