How are you? How is your family? I'm doing very well. This year has been good for me. I moved from a small apartment in the city to a townhouse in the suburbs. It's a lot more rent but I have a parking space and there is a swimming pool. As you know, my car is old and I don't use it to go to work. But, there is a train station nearby, so I drive there in the morning and leave the car in the parking lot.

Have you heard? I'm going to Florida in January. That's why I'm writing to you: I hope to see you. I will arrive on the 10th of January and will be there until the 25th. I think that should give us enough time to meet.

Anyhow, send me a note to see if we can get together.
