Mint-Cilantro Chutney (Pudine Dhaniye Ke Chutney)
1 packed cup cilantro
½ packed cup mint
2 serrano green chilies, roughly chopped
2 fresh garlic cloves
Table salt, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Use this as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, or as a topping for grilled meats or seafood.
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth paste. To aid in the blending process, you can add 1 tablespoon of water if needed. Chill for about 30 minutes. Serve as a dipping sauce. This chutney will keep, refrigerated, for 4 days.
