When you watch a good movie, often a portion of the film will follow the main portion of the film will follow the main characters through a “daily life” scene. You get to see how one character does her job or how another interacts with his family. The purpose of these scenes is to help you understand the characters' actions later in the film. In pursuit of the same goal, you should get to know the major players in the credit system, what their goals are, and what they do.
