Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream

There are few things better than sweet summer strawberries. This will give you that taste of summer you are looking for, or cool you off on a hot day.

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • ⅓ cup agave nectar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  1. Blend everything together in a blender or food processor until completely liquefied. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.

  2. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
