Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream
There are few things better than sweet summer strawberries. This will give you that taste of summer you are looking for, or cool you off on a hot day.
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- ⅓ cup agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Blend everything together in a blender or food processor until completely liquefied. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
