Peanut Butter Whipped Cream
This whipped cream is glorious when paired with a rich chocolate ice cream or gelato. It's even better when topped with a few dark chocolate chips!
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 CUP
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whip the cream to soft peaks.
Add in the confectioner's sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla, and whip until well combined. Do not overbeat.
Add to sealed container (or piping bag). Keep refrigerated until needed.
Not a fan of peanut butter? Try substituting Nutella tablespoon for tablespoon. The rich hazelnut-chocolate spread adds a wonderful dimension to a multitude of ice cream flavors when combined with the whipped cream.
