Dulce de Leche

Dulce de leche is incredibly easy to make, and equally delicious. Enjoy it on many ice cream flavors, on cakes, or even in your morning coffee.

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 14 OUNCES

  • 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
  1. Remove paper from the can, place can in a large pot, and cover can with water at least 2 inches over top of can. Boil, covered, for 3–4 hours. Be sure to keep the can covered by boiling water the whole time.

  2. Allow can to cool in the water overnight.
