Based on the famous Italian dessert, this milkshake contains mascarpone, espresso, and dark rum.

- 4 scoops Mascarpone Ice Cream
- 1 cup light cream
- ¼ cup dark rum
- ¼ cup espresso, cooled
- Vanilla wafers, crumbled, for garnish
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Place Mascarpone Ice Cream, light cream, rum, and espresso into a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide into two tall glasses. Garnish with crumbled vanilla wafers and chocolate shavings.
