Taste of the Tropics Ice Cream Pie
Pineapple, lime, and mango deliver a fruity punch of flavor, cool and refreshing in this unusual pie.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
Spread the Pineapple Coconut Sorbet into the prepared Vanilla Wafer Crust pie shell.
Allow to freeze for 30 minutes, then top with the Lime Curd.
Top with Mango Sorbet.
Add Marshmallow Meringue, piling high in the center.
Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
