Graham Cracker Crust
Graham cracker crusts are a tried and true favorite. They are excellent for cheesecakes, blueberry pies, peanut butter pies, and of course, s'mores pies!
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 (9) PIE SHELL
- 1½ cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- Pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Continue to mix until uniformly moistened.
Press into a 9 pie plate and up the sides, taking care to press evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
To bake the crust, preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake for 7 minutes or lightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before using.
