Chocolate Covered Banana Ice Cream Pie
Did you buy your bananas still green in hopes of them keeping longer? Just know you should never refrigerate green bananas. A too-cold temperature will disturb the ripening process, and the bananas may not be able to continue ripening again even after they are removed from the refrigerator.

Spread the Banana Frozen Yogurt into the prepared Chocolate Tart Crust pie shell. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
Top with the Milk Chocolate Ganache, followed by the Milk Chocolate Ice Cream. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
Add whipped cream, piling high in the center.
Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced bananas and chocolate curls.
