Pomegranate Orange Granita
The sweetness of orange mellows the bitterness of the pomegranate juice in this refreshing granita.
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
- 3 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- ⅔ cup sugar
Combine the juices and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat in a saucepan until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.

Quite a Fruit
More scientific research is being done on the pomegranate than practically any other fruit, due to its incredible health benefits. Studies show the pomegranate has been found to reduce bad cholesterol, reduce heart disease, protect against some cancers, and aid in oral health.
