Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt by Susan Whetzel

Trivia time! Did you know it takes roughly 540 peanuts to create one 12-ounce jar of peanut butter? You'll agree that it's worth it once you taste this recipe.

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART

  • 1½ cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.

  2. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
