Yogurt Fruit Pops
Yogurt and kids don't always go hand in hand, but with the yogurt hidden in this healthy pop, the kids will never know it's good for them!
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
- 8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups chopped fresh fruit, such as berries and peaches
In food processor or blender, purée the yogurt and fruit until smooth.
Pour evenly into molds or cups. Freeze until set.
Why Didn't I Think of That?
It is common to find kid-branded yogurts sold in tear-off tube packages in supermarkets. While these products are great served as is, you can also freeze them, creating a healthy frozen snack that's both easy and delicious.
