Kids and adults alike will love making the homemade version of this popular treat. Feel free to use your choice of ice creams; the fun is in adding all of your favorite flavors!
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
Place 6 parchment squares or nonstick cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Sprinkle chopped nuts onto each liner.
Spoon a small bit of magic shell into each sugar cone. Add equal amount of ice cream to each cone, and push one caramel square into the center of the ice cream.
When all cones have been filled, pour desired amount of magic shell over the nuts in the muffin tin. Quickly turn the filled cones upside down into the tins.
Freeze entire pan for 1–2 hours. If not consuming within 24 hours, cover entire cone in plastic wrap after 2 hours.
