Cake Batter Ice Cream
Cake batter is a guilty pleasure. Now you can enjoy it with pride in this delicious ice cream.
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup yellow cake mix (or your favorite variety)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Place everything into a blender and process until completely smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
