Sometimes, one regulation will have a change in the wording on the posting, thus making it necessary to purchase a new poster.
Most vendors that sell labor-law posters carry an all — in-one version for both federal and state requirements. Depending on the requirements for your state, you may be able to purchase one large poster that covers everything. Laminated posters are available and worth the extra expense. Some employers display posters under a locked glass display case to avoid alterations. If the posters are defaced and unreadable, they will have to be replaced.
