Think of each room of your house as a stage for the buyer to view. In order to set the stage, review the pictures you took while reading Chapter 11. As you do, go through your house one room at a time. Do the doors open and close easily? Do you have to squeeze past anything to get into or around the room? Are the countertops clear? Is it perilous to open the closets for fear something may fall on you? Take note of all problems and take action to fix them.
