2.00 pounds British Crystal 40L

2.00 pounds Dark Brown Sugar (Add during the boil)

Extract (for 16.0 pounds of Pale Malt)

12.50 pounds Pale Liquid Malt Extract (LME)

Hops

4.25 ounces Spalt (4.5 percent AA) Pellet for 60 minutes

1.50 ounces Organic Hallertaur (8.00 percent AA) Whole for 15 minutes

1.00 ounce East Kent Goldings (4.7 percent AA) Whole for 5 minutes

0.50 ounce Organic Hallertaur (8.00 percent AA) Whole for 1 minute
