Chico West Coast Pale Ale

American Pale Ale is the beer that built the California microbrewer. Caramel rich with a citrusy hop nose, the APA was the antidote to decades of yellow, characterless beers.

Brew Type: Extract with Steeped Grains

For 5 gallons at 1.059 OG, 8.4 SRM, 43 IBUs, 5.9 percent ABV

60-minute boil
