Breakfast Burrito Filling

Serve in a large tortilla with your favorite breakfast burrito toppings.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 1¼ pounds lean boneless pork, cubed
  • 12 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • ½ teaspoon ground chipotle
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground jalapeño
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Place all ingredients into a 2-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir before serving.
