Breakfast Burrito Filling
Serve in a large tortilla with your favorite breakfast burrito toppings.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1¼ pounds lean boneless pork, cubed
- 12 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- ½ teaspoon ground chipotle
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground jalapeño
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Place all ingredients into a 2-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir before serving.
