Tuscan Lamb Chops

Lamb chops have never been so easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

  • 2 lamb rib chops (about 6-8 ounces total)
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Chopped fresh rosemary, for garnish
  1. Trim excess fat from the chops and season with the garlic salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for about 4 minutes. Turn the chops and cook for another 4 minutes for medium. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the garlic to the pan, stirring to prevent the garlic from browning.

  4. Add the marinara sauce and vinegar, and bring to a simmer; cook for about 2 minutes.

  5. Spoon the sauce over the chops and any accumulated juices. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve hot.
