Tuscan Lamb Chops
Lamb chops have never been so easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
- 2 lamb rib chops (about 6-8 ounces total)
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Chopped fresh rosemary, for garnish
Trim excess fat from the chops and season with the garlic salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for about 4 minutes. Turn the chops and cook for another 4 minutes for medium. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add the garlic to the pan, stirring to prevent the garlic from browning.
Add the marinara sauce and vinegar, and bring to a simmer; cook for about 2 minutes.
Spoon the sauce over the chops and any accumulated juices. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve hot.
