Chicken Apple Sausages with Dijon Glaze
Try other gourmet sausages on the market such as chicken or turkey or the classic pork sausage.

- 6 ounces gourmet chicken and apple sausages
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch garlic salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Cut the sausages into 1½-inch pieces. Combine the Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, and ketchup in a small bowl and mix until blended.
Heat the oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the sausage pieces; cook, stirring frequently, until just starting to brown, about 5 to 6 minutes. Add the Dijon glaze and stir to coat the sausages.
Season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve hot with the pan glaze.
