Classic Ham Salad
Try some different types of ham, like honey roasted, Cajun-style, extra-lean, or traditional Polish ham.

- 1 pound deli ham slices
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Grind the deli ham in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, or chop very finely.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl, using only 1 or 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise, and blend with a fork. If needed, add more mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
