Classic Ham Salad

Try some different types of ham, like honey roasted, Cajun-style, extra-lean, or traditional Polish ham.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 3
Carb Level: Low

  • 1 pound deli ham slices
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  1. Grind the deli ham in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, or chop very finely.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl, using only 1 or 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise, and blend with a fork. If needed, add more mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
