Berries and Cantaloupe

Make sure you use a ripe cantaloupe. Serve in chilled martini glasses or small parfait cups for a dressy presentation.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe (about 1-inch dice)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  1. Combine the orange juice, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Pick over the blueberries, rinse under cold water, and drain on paper towels.

  3. Add the fruit to the orange juice mixture and lightly toss to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
