Strawberry Yogurt Frappé

You can use frozen strawberries (unsweetened) if desired. Make sure the ingredients are well chilled before you start.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
Carb Level: Low

  • 1½ cups cubed cold cantaloupe
  • 1 cup ripe strawberries, hulled
  • ½ cup strawberry yogurt
  • ¼ cup blueberries, for garnish
  • 4 tiny mint sprigs, for garnish
  1. Combine the cantaloupe and strawberries in a blender and process until smooth. With the blender running, add the yogurt through the feed tube and process until smooth.

  2. Equally divide into 4 portions in chilled glasses.

  3. Add several blueberries in the center of each glass and place mint sprigs between the berries for garnish. Serve immediately.
