Strawberry Yogurt Frappé
You can use frozen strawberries (unsweetened) if desired. Make sure the ingredients are well chilled before you start.

- 1½ cups cubed cold cantaloupe
- 1 cup ripe strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup strawberry yogurt
- ¼ cup blueberries, for garnish
- 4 tiny mint sprigs, for garnish
Combine the cantaloupe and strawberries in a blender and process until smooth. With the blender running, add the yogurt through the feed tube and process until smooth.
Equally divide into 4 portions in chilled glasses.
Add several blueberries in the center of each glass and place mint sprigs between the berries for garnish. Serve immediately.
