Raspberry or Strawberry Coulis

INGREDIENTS | MAKES 6 OUNCES

  • 8 ounces strawberries or raspberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Sugar substitute like Splenda to taste (start with one packet)

Blend all ingredients in the blender. Strain and serve.
