Broccoli Salad

This tantalizing salad makes a healthy, hearty side and helps spice up your entrée.

Vegetarian, Low-calorie, Low-fat

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6

  • 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • ½ cup Splenda
  1. In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients and toss.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and Splenda.

  3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to mix.

  4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
