Banana Chocolate-Chip Pancake Wrap
The chocolate chips sweeten this pancake recipe and are best when applied immediately after you take the pancakes off the griddle so they start to melt into the pancakes.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
- ½ cup dry oatmeal
- ½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup of semisweet chocolate chips
Combine oatmeal, cottage cheese, egg whites, Splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
Mash banana in a bowl and fold into pancake mix.
Pour four individual pancakes on griddle, thinly.
Remove from griddle and place a few chocolate chips on each pancake. Fold over like a wrap.
