Chickpeas with Parmesan Spread
This spread can be served hot or cold. Omit the hot sauce altogether if you have sensitive taste buds.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
- ½ cup canned chickpeas, drained
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Few drops hot sauce
Mash chickpeas with fork in a small bowl or mix in a blender until smooth.
Mix Parmesan cheese with chickpea mixture.
Add hot sauce and blend well. Serve with pita bread crisps.
