Strawberry Smoothie
Smoothies are a healthful way of being decadent. Try substituting strawberries when they’re in season, and garnish with thin banana or try soy whipped topping.
1 cup thawed frozen strawberries (including juice)
4 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons soy protein isolate
1 cup crushed ice
Mix thawed strawberries, water, and soy protein isolate in a blender.
Add crushed ice and blend until smooth.
Serve in 12-ounce glasses.
