  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 carrot, peeled
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cups purified water
  1. Place kale, cucumber, celery, carrot, tomato, garlic, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
