Cleansing Cranberry

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 4-6 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 2 pints cranberries
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water
  1. Place watercress, cranberries, cucumbers, lemon, ginger, and 1 cup of purified water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add the remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
