Cleanse Your Body with Sweet Citrus

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 4-6 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 2 cups pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 apples, peeled and cored
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water
  1. Place watercress, pineapple, orange, apples, ginger, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
