- 1 cup spinach
- 3 carrots, peeled
- 2 apples, peeled and cored
- 1 beet
- 2½ cups purified water
Place spinach, carrots, apples, beet, and half of the water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
Add remaining half of the water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
